Molds

With the accuracy and size of our machine we can easily make large, small, and multi-piece molds.  Technical Tooling can make your molds out of composites, MDF or foam.  We use your CAD drawings paired with our CAM software for an accurate end product. 

The project (above) was a direct to female mold set used to produce the parts for the food transport truck.  We use a rigid steel frame mounted to a foam block, coated with fiberglass and machined to your CAD drawing.
