Plugs

With the accuracy and size of our machine we can easily make large, small, and multi-piece plugs.  Technical Tooling can make your plugs out of composites, MDF or  foam.  We use your CAD drawings paired with our CAM software for an accurate end product. 

Here is the part manufactured from the mold.

Typically we use an inexpensive foam mounted to a rigid steel frame.
